Alichia R. Parker is a leadership coach, educator, entrepreneur, speaker, real estate professional, and doctoral scholar dedicated to helping individuals, organizations, and communities thrive.

Her journey began in the classroom and expanded into boardrooms, coaching sessions, real estate transactions, and stages across the country. She founded and directed Malaika Learning Center for over a decade, trained hundreds of early-childhood educators through Wireless Neighborhoods' eight-part curriculum, and built A PAR Educational LLC into a platform for leadership development and training. Wherever she shows up, the mission is the same: help people move from where they are to where they're called to be.

Today, as a doctoral scholar at Point Park University, a Barnabas Institute Certified Leadership Coach, a PQAS certified trainer, and founder of A PAR EDU, Alichia continues to bridge leadership development, professional growth, entrepreneurship, education, and real estate into one integrated body of work — proof that purpose is not confined to a single title.
